What do I do if I am missing items from my order?Updated 14 days ago

Do not panic! We are always here to help if you are missing any items from your order or are experiencing any order issues at all. If you receive an incomplete order, be sure to thoroughly search the box and around the packaging paper. 

Smaller items are sometimes packaged inside of the actual cups. The cups will be labeled with a sticky note to let you know which cup contains the glitter or small item. Be sure to check inside of the cups to make sure your small item is not hiding in there! If you are unable to locate the missing item, please email us at [email protected] and we will get that taken care of for you!
