All of our sublimation products should be baked in a convection oven at 375 degrees F for 6 minutes, turning every 2 minutes if needed . This depends on your oven and how hot it runs. If the oven runs hot, try less heat, If it runs low, try more heat. If you’re using a heat press, we recommend 360-365 degrees F for 40 seconds and if the cup needs to be rotated, repeat the steps above.
